Must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
We do not accept returns for personal care items that have been opened, due to hygiene protocols
Email us at info@falconrize.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you and initiate your refund
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
For orders with discounts or bundles, partial refunds will be calculated accordingly
